Sadly you're approaching, or passing, forty. And you've suddenly realized why your mother had that fixation with finding good skin care products. Or perhaps you've started to notice that your daughter has such great looking skin compared to yours.

Now of course 40 isn't that old but in skin terms the skin aging process is under way. You're skin is aging and the results are visible.

Don't get sunburned. Sunburn is also terrible for your skin, apart from potentially leading to skin cancer.
